newsletter!

to the July edition of the Blue Ribbon Designs Newsletter. I hope this newsletter
finds you enjoying beautiful summer weather and preparing for the 4th of July
holiday this week. I have a lot of news to share this month, so let's get
started…
NEW RELEASES:
There were four new releases
in June, which can now be found at your favorite needlework shop:
Celebration
Wishes
A set of six celebration ornament (small pillow) designs with finishing instructions.
Set includes: Thank You, Birthday, Wedding, Anniversary, Congratulations,
and New Baby. Each can be personalized for that special occasion gift.

FUTURE:
I am busy working
on designs for autumn/fall 2008. On the stitching board are "Alphabet
Zoo"…a sewing basket gameboard style sampler...some more needlework
smalls...a couple Halloween treats…I even have my Christmas ideas ready
for charting! My sketch book is full of ideas that are keeping me busy. I
have two models almost completed, so look for photos soon! Additional sneak
peek photos/details/dates will be posted when I have more to share.

MAGAZINES:
Exciting news!! Blue Ribbon Designs is featured in the in the July/August
Just CrossStich Ornament Preview Issue - on newsstands now! I charted
a special Christmas ornament for this issue. You can see the ornament
(titled “Joyful Blessings”) on the cover - with an additional
photo on page 25 and charting and instructions on page 29.
More exciting news!! Blue Ribbon Designs will also be featured in the
Just CrossStitch Ornament Issue - due out in September - and (drum roll
please....) my ornament is on the cover! It compliments the ornament from
the JCS Ornament Preview Issue and will be a nice addition to your collection.
Many shops are taking pre-orders for this special issue, so make sure
to visit your favorite and place an order! To see a photo of the magazine

GALLERY:
Again this month...there
are more new additions to the gallery by some very talented needleworkers…as
usual, I am blown away by your creativity! Be sure to check out the new photos,
as I am positive they will inspire you! Remember to send me your photos when
you finish a Blue Ribbon Designs project - I would love to post them in the
website "Gallery". I always enjoy seeing your interpretations of
my designs - don’t be shy - keep those pictures coming!!

COMPLIMENTARY
CHART - *NEW* - BLUEBIRDS AND DAISIES:
This past month I designed a special summer complimentary pattern for Hoffman
Distributing Company titled "Bluebirds and Daisies" to post in their
Summer Online Showcase (S.O.S.) - the showcase was only posted on their website
for one week...so...I have now posted this special summer chart on my website.
I hope this small summer stitching project will entice you to pick up some
other Blue Ribbon Designs. All of my complimentary patterns require Adobe
Reader, as they are in PDF form. Make a little time to stitch this summer…and
enjoy!
